Peanut Butter Cookies

Notes: Makes one dozen biscuits/cookies

You need:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1/4 cup banana flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To prepare:

  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  3. Spoon out a heaping tablespoon of dough and form into ball continue with rest of dough
  4. Place dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Flatten balls with a fork
  6. Bake for 8 minutes
